The quiz

The hair porosity quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored on any server, and you do not need an account or an email to see your result.

Analytics we use

To understand how the site is used, we run privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you: a lightweight visitor count and Cloudflare Web Analytics. These collect aggregate, non-personal information such as page views, rough traffic source, and device type.

We also offer Google Analytics, which is optional. Outside the EU, UK, and Switzerland it loads only after you interact with the page. Inside those regions it loads only if you click Accept on the consent banner. You can decline and the site works exactly the same. Where Google Analytics runs, IP addresses are anonymized.

Affiliate links

Some links to products are affiliate links, including the Amazon Associates program. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. These links may set their own cookies on the destination site, which is governed by that retailer's privacy policy, not ours.

Advertising

If we show ads in the future, this section will be updated to describe the ad provider and your choices. We will not run ads that interrupt the quiz or your result.

Your choices

You can browse without accepting optional analytics, clear your browser storage at any time, and use browser or device privacy controls. Because we do not collect personal accounts, there is no profile to delete.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
